German art expert Matthias Arndt has imagined the Triangle Cliff House as a wonderful architectural concept, allowing his vision of a small mountain home, nestled atop a misty cliff, to take shape in the most awesome way possible. This unique structure was the final result, a project that looks like the ideal vacation retreat for anyone who loves luxurious accommodations in the middle of the nature.
The steeply pitched roof of this sleek home was designed with snowy mountain climes in mind, but nothing can compare to the sprawling cliffside views that this house would deliver through a string of windows and a lovely little terrace.
Before we get into any other details, we should mention that the Triangle Cliff House was part of a bi-monthly design challenge, that asked for a fictional cliff home, and who knows? Maybe one day this beauty will be turned into reality by some wealthy millionaire.
The artist who imagined this striking house went on to create a structure that straddles the cliff’s edge, with windows on three sides actually, allowing guests to enjoy amazing views of the mountains, the cliff and a gorgeous mountain lake that would be nestled in the valley below. The Triangle Cliff House would also offer inhabitants a thin balcony (or terrace) right along the cliff’s edge, protected by a waist-high glass wall.
The renderings below are focused on exterior aesthetics and bold lines, with the interior layout and fittings ready to be imagined by you. We’re thinking about a two- or three-story dwelling, with a cozy sitting area and a modern kitchen at the lower level, and minimalist decorations and furnishings throughout.What about you?
