Occupying a 1.1 acre grated lot in the heart of Bel Air, the Staller House was penned down by Richard Neutra, an American architect from 1955. Bel Air is an affluent residential community located in the hills on the western side of Los Angeles, California, USA. Although it may seem old, it definitely is one of the most staggering homes in the entire LA.
The home had been previously restored, in 2001, by the award winning studio Lorcan O’Herlihy Architects. Comprising 6,674 square feet of modern living spaces, the property includes four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, guest house, two fireplaces, spa, 12-car parking, pool and a stunning 4,200-bottle refrigerated wine-tasting storage room.
The estate can also be found under the Levinsohn House appellation, having been owned by movie producer Gary Levinsohn back in 1998.
This luxurious mansion was listed for sale at the mind-boggling price of $10.9 million in June 2011, but its price has now decreased to $8.5 million. We don’t really know if the difference is due to owner’s greed or because the real-estate business knows a continuous downfall.
