The FRANC VILA FVi17 Chrono Bicompax Intrepido Watches

Franc Vila has recently lifted the veils off two brand new models – the Fvi17 Chrono Bicompax Intrepido timepieces. The first impression when we take a glimpse at these two staggering pieces is that they don’t really harmonize with the traditional Franc Vila style.

The reason behind that is that these ones are part of the new Intrepido series, which got started during 2011, with the 2011 Intrepido Tourbillon and the FVi9 Chrono Intrepido. The new timepieces boast with an elliptical shape, superbly integrated chrono buttons and sculpted crown. The straps are gorgeous as well, available both in leather and rubber, at customers’ choice.

The dial features a huge load of geometrical figures, probably a bit too complicated for the regular user, but still quite staggering. The circular grained or carbon fiber chronograph counters really stand out. In addition, the amazement upon primarily seeing these watches is enhanced by the tri-date window located at the bottom of the dial and the triangular hour markers.

The principle of “espirit unique” has been used by Franc Vila since debut, but this time they’ve done a few changes to the respective design through the embodiment of nanotech materials, which increase the toughness of their pieces, while making them lighter and thinner.
