Aria Resort & Casino – A Hi-Tech Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip

Among serious competition on the Las Vegas Strip, Aria Resort & Casino is one of Sin City’s most impressive hotels.

Opened in December 2009, it is largest and tallest structure at CityCenter – and it’s certainly not only flashy on the outside. In fact, the hotel is one of the most technologically advanced buildings of its kind: it greets you when you walk through the door, it wishes you “Goodnight”, and wakes you up in the morning, but also automatically adjusts the curtains, turns off unused lights and electronics, and regulates the temperature when you enter and leave the room. The room actually cares about you wellbeing, as well as about the environment.

It wouldn’t be an impressive Las Vegas venue without a great casino and an amazing show and Aria definitely has both. The 150,000-square-foot casino has slots, poker, table games, and a race and sports book, and has the unusual (for a casino) feature of exterior windows. For entertainment, you can attend the Cirque du Soleil Zarkana stage production – an outstanding show for a standout resort.
