If you can dream it, Koenigsegg will build it. The Swedish supercar maker has just unveiled this one-off Koenigsegg Agera RS Gryphon, specially designed to satisfy the needs of a very lucky customer. Set to be on display at this year’s Geneva Motor Show, the Gryphon is based on the Agera RS beast and packs the optional 1MW engine.
This means Koenigsegg’s incredible V8 twin-turbocharged unit hides under the hood, with 1,341 hp and a magical soundtrack that seems to complement the 1:1 power-to-weight – yep, this four wheel masterpiece weights in at only 1,395 kg.
Obviously, the Gryphon is a head-turner, with a clear carbon body that’s beautifully contrasted by accents finished in 24-carat gold leaf – stripes, badges, and logos included. The noble metal can be also noticed on the hood struts, engine badging, interior trimmings, and also on the decoration of the customized carbon fiber racing helmet.
On the inside, the lucky owner of this beast will be experiencing black Alcantara, polished carbon fiber and black anodized aluminum elements. The seats also show off gold touches, with a bespoke Gryphon motif on the head rests. One can only envy Manny Khoshbin – he’s the owner of this unique Agera RS.
