Probably the most expensive Android smartphone in the world, the Ulysse Nardin Chairman, will be premiered in the next weeks at BaselWorld this year. The stylish cellphone was revealed a couple of months ago but this will be the first time when it will be unveiled in its fully operational form.
The $50,000 cell phone will include its signature Ulysse Nardin mechanical watch rotor that creates kinetic energy to supply supplemental power to the phone but what’s even more interesting about this phone is that its screen can be changed to the face of your Ulysse Nardin watch.
The Ulysse Nardin Chairman Smartphone will be GSM and 3G compatible and will feature a 3.2″ touch screen with thumb recognition, 32GB of memory and a high quality 8 megapixel camera. Apart from its unique hardware features and design, Ulysse Nardin will also impress its future clients through their special service program which costs 10% of the phone’s price per year.
Customers who use this program can send their Ulysse Nardin Chairman phones in twice a year and the service center will polish and clean the phone and also upgrade its hardware and software if necessary. This service also acts as an insurance policy and, in case the phone will be lost, the company will replace it for you.
The $50,000 Ulysse Nardin Chairman Smartphone will be showcased at BaselWorld from March 24 to March 31 and it will be launched on the market soon after.
