Due to be showcased at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Chevrolet are providing us with a preview on their Camaro Hot Wheels Edition. It will reportedly arrive in dealerships around the beginning of 2013, being the first full-size production Hot Wheels car offered for sale by any manufacturer in the world.

This one off Chevy Camaro has received a superb graphics accentuated metallic paint scheme and red lined wheels. It is both available as convertible and coupé, in 2LT V6 or 2SS V8 trims, with Kinetic Blue paintjob, one of a kind graphics and external design ideas from the Camaro ZL1.

The aftermarket kit features a ZL1 rear spoiler, available to Coupé versions, ZL1 front grille, a set of 21 inch Black wheels with red outline stripe, Ground effects package which includes rocker treatments and front splitter, rear taillight panel “blackout” graphics, fender flame graphics, Hot Wheels grille, decklid logos and two-tone hood graphic.

The interior is upholstered in black leather, with contrasting red and black stitching and the Hot Wheels logo embroidered on the front seats. The door inserts and the instrument panel are decked in black with the flame decal, logo of Hot Wheels, obviously drawn on each door. The floor mats bear the Camaro logo with red edging, just like the sill plates.

In terms of motorization, the SS models boast with 6.2 liter V8 engines provided in two performance styles – the LS3 for the manual-equipped models, while the L99 is available on automatic ones. The L99 delivers 400 HP and 556 Nm of torque, with Active Fuel Management, while the LS3 boasts with an output of 426 HP and 569 Nm of torque.

The models based on the LT boast with the LFX 3.6-liter V6 engine, with dual-overhead camshafts, direct injection and variable valve timing. With these specifications, the 3.6-liter V6 delivers 323 HP at 6,800 RPM.
