Bentley has officially unveiled a couple of days ago the Bentley EXP 9F Concept, a design study that previews the future SUV Bentley plans to release on the market in the next years. The future Bentley SUV probably won’t look exactly like this concept, but it will be a bit similar and will surely make Bentley’s line-up even more interesting than it is right now with the Mulsanne and Continental.
Equipped with a 6.0-liter W12 engine connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission, the aforementioned Mulsanne and Continental’s output reaches 600 HP and 800 Nm of torque, being suitable for the SUV as well. The EXP 9F on the other hand will also be powered by a 4.0-liter twin turbo V8 with a hybrid powertrain.
The maximum speed and the acceleration haven’t yet been made public – we’re still on the wait for these. Reportedly, the car can also tackle dirt terrain, including three drive modes: Off-Road, Comfort and Sport.
Outside, the vehicle features huge round daylights, the front grill typical to Bentley, a raw front fascia, absolutely huge 23-inch allow wheels boasting a turbine fan blades design, center-lock spinner and LED daytime running lights.
Luxury is the name of the game for Bentley, thus this model includes a wide two-part split tailgate that, when open, reveals everything the owner would ever need. In addition to these, the two oval exhaust pipes really confer this car personality.
The interiors on the other hand express exuberance and style. Trimmed with wood, bronze, aluminum, leather and gunmetal, the level of exquisiteness is astounding. There’s a vast TFT screen that displays info regarding the car’s state, internet connectivity and fold-down keyboard. Configured as a 4+1 seater, the rear armrest actually is a cooling box.
