The island is enclosed by reef and it has three soft white sand beaches and one of the largest coconut palm plantations in the British Virgin Islands. The shores are home to rays, starfish, sea turtles and a variety of reef fish and the island has special hiking trails to be explored.

The property can accommodate up to ten guests, six in the hilltop three bedroom Villa Far Niente with a pool and hot tub and four in the two bedroom beachfront Casa de Playa.
Villa Far Niente is great for its beautiful views over the surrounding water while Casa de Playa is just a few feet away from the sea. An extra beach cottage with room for another six guests can be rented for an additional fee. The island has its own private fleet of luxury yachts and boats available for charter and the rentals come with a hospitality staff to meet any guest needs.
Both villas are rented in seven day chunks from $52,000 to $87,360 depending on the season.
