The Raymond Weil Freelancer Lady Urban Black

Here’s a new interesting watch unveiled by the Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil, the first watch for women offered in a sleek all black PVD casing, called the Freelancer Lady Urban Black. It’s a nice concept that just oozes with black elegance and luxury and offers a glimpse of the automatic movement through an aperture in the dial at 12 o’clock.

The watch has 86 black diamonds embedded on its dial and the mix between these precious little stones, the PVD coating and the shagreen-inimation calf leather strap is definitely a winner in our books.  The new ladies watch is supposed to be ultra feminine with an off beat urban look and I think Raymond Weil managed to achieve that with this elegant timepiece.

The Arabic numeral indexes, the hands and the sharksin style leather strap of the watch are all finished in black which makes this watch a little hard to read but it also makes the automatic movement stand out even more. That’s the focal point of the Raymond Weil Freelancer Lady Urban Black,  a watch that I’m sure will turn a lot of heads anywhere you’ll take it.
