Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen impressed everyone with its newest toy after he just spent millions of dollars on his own MiG-29 jet fighter. The Russian fighter jet has been restored by aviation enthusiast John Sessions and it’s currently on display at Allen’s Flying Heritage Museum in Everett, Washington.
The price of this MiG hasn’t been disclosed but it will have to run into millions and, after all the paperwork will be finished, the plane will be flown to an undisclosed location for him to enjoy in private. Before being bought and restored by Sessions, this plane has been part of the Ukrainian air force.
Paul Allen has one of the most amazing collections of toys for boys and this new new fighter jet is definitely a great addition to it. It is not clear if Mr. Allen intends to get in the cockpit, but it is thought to be in working order. John Sessions confirmed that the purchaser of his Russian fighter jet was Allen through his company Vulcan Warbirds.
