Located in the small town of Feltre, in northeastern Italy, at the foot of the Dolomites, the Palazzo del Gattopardo is a beautiful estate showcasing the 18th century Baroque architecture style.

This elegant palace greets its guest with an impressive staircase which leads into the living area situated on the main floor. There you will find a spacious lounge with a stylish coffered ceiling, which in turn opens on one side towards three reception halls/living rooms and a bedroom with a bathroom, all on the front side of the house. On the other side, overlooking the private garden, there are another three reception halls/living rooms and a bedroom with a bathroom, all on the front side of the house.

Despite its age, the building is in good structural condition, as it has undergone normal maintenance work over the years. Also remarkable for such a property located in a historic town center, the Palazzo boasts a sizeable private external space, in addition to the 21,000-square-feet of the house itself.

The price tag for this remarkable palace is €2.3 million, or about $3.1 million.
