German-based tuner Novitec Rosso, which specializes in modifications for Ferrari vehicles, has just revelaed a new powerkit and bespoke body kit for the Ferrari 458 Speciale.
The powerkit includes a high-performance exhaust system, two high-performance manifolds, sport catalysts, a rear muffler and a re-mapped ECU, increasing the output of the car’s 4.5-liter V8 engine to 636 hp at 9,250 rpm and 572Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm. This upgrade enables the Novitec Ferrari 458 Speciale to reach a top speed of 205 mph (330 km/h). The vehicle’s new exhaust deserves a little extra attention, as it is made of INCONEL, the same material used for Formula 1 exhaust systems, and features two matte black-coated tailpipes measuring 100 mm in diameter.
The new body kit is made from carbon fiber and includes a front spoiler and splitter, new side mirror casings, rocker panels, new grilles, a rear wing, a diffuser, air deflectors for the left and right air inlets. This new version of the Ferrari 458 Speciale is also fitted with various other exterior styling parts and sits on 21-inch alloys, as well as a hydraulic suspension system than can lower its ride height by 30 mm or raise it by up to 40 mm. For the interior, on the other hand, the tuner is offering a series of carbon fiber trim parts.
Novitec Rosso has no released any pricing details for the modified Ferrari 458 Speciale.
