Barnes Coy Architects designed this stylish residence in St. Barts, a lovely Caribbean island which is considered a playground of the rich and famous and it’s known for its beautiful pristine beaches, gourmet dining in chic bistros and high-end designers boutiques.
The island has 25 luxury hotels and many stylish villas so this project had to be as good looking as other properties from St. Barts. And arnes Coy Architects managed to do that pretty well and designed this luxury residence in keeping with their reputation for designing contemporary & historic properties for clients all over the world.
The modern architecture of the property blends with the surrounding landscape really well with the whole exterior being finished with a stonework look which is combined with a lot of glass that lets the natural light in the home and also lets the occupants enjoy the beautiful scenery.
‘The residence looks like it’s surrounded by waters with the ocean nearby and a lovely pool with two sundecks where guests can enjoy a day in this paradise. The interior of the home was also designed following the latest trends and modern furniture arrangements was probably the finishing touch for this incredible home.
