MINI teamed up with the German manufacturer of designer audio products Sonoro to release a limited edition “Mini rocks Sonoro” internet radio, a specially designed product which offers a new way to experience global music. This chic radio was created following Mini’s “Creative Use of Space” philosophy and it’s a space efficient device with a lovely design.
The “MINI rocks Sonoro” Internet radio has four preset MINI Sounds webradio channels and it offers the ability to listen to over 18,000 WebRadio stations via Wi-Fi or LAN connection. The device also comes with an external iPod docking station and radio frequency remote control along with a 3″ full range speaker with an internal digital equalizer and bass reflex tube with a perfect sound quality.
The radio has a wood casing combined with an Eclipse Grey metallic exterior lacquer from Mini and allows the customers to browse radio stations by genre and country. This cool radio will debut at the Maison & Objet trade show for furniture and interior design in Paris and availability and pricing details will be probably released at a later date.
