A few months ago we reported that Kanye West and Kim Kardashian were selling their home in Bel-Air and moving into new digs in the affluent community of Hidden Hills, California. But while the small town has gained one celebrity couple, it seems to be losing another celebrated diva, as Jennifer Lopez has just placed her lavish mansion on the market.
Lopez bought the home back in 2010 with her then-husband Marc Anthony for $8.2 million. What they got was 17,129 square-feet of pure luxury, with nine bedrooms, eight wood-burning fireplaces, a coffer-ceilinged den, and a 20-seat theater. The acclaimed performance artists also benefited from having a huge dance studio on the premises, as well as a professional recording studio.
Outside, the property features manicured gardens, a pool, and an outdoor barbecue area. The garage has room for up to 8 cars, with an additional 20 spaces available in the motor court.
The price tag for Jennifer Lopez`s mansion is $17 million.
