Jennifer Lopez has been pretty busy lately, to say the least, with the sexy singer and actress having just wrapped up the second leg of her Vegas residency, while also starring in and producing the hit NBC crime drama “Shades of Blue”.

But family always comes first for J-Lo, which is why she has recently purchased this wonderful mansion, in a prime location in Bel-Air, California, for a staggering $28 million, which is a bargain, considering that the original price of this property was $40 million.

The sensual star now owns a sprawling eight-acre estate, with seven bedrooms and 13 bathrooms spread throughout the property, in a charming main house and a couple of guest cottage houses, with one of the latter having been converted into a art studio.

There’s even an outdoor amphitheater on side, where up to 100 people can enjoy a live show, as well as 10 fireplaces, multiple waterfalls and koi ponds.

Built in the 1940s, the main home covers 14,000-square-feet of living space, and has been updated several times since then to accommodate modern-era living. It now features a home theater, a fully equipped, contemporary kitchen, as well as a massage room, and even a pub.

We can’t imagine why would the previous owner, actress Sela Ward, sell this place. Jennifer Lopez now has the opportunity to enjoy the former owner’s decorations and bespoke design touches, including architectural inspirations from Europe, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

The hefty costs also covered a miniature golf course, a stone cabana and terraces, not to mention a massive swimming pool. Live couldn’t get any better than this for J-Lo!

About Victor Baker

Victor has always been a big fan of cars, which is why he’s so proud to call himself a genuine petrolhead these days. His love actually stemmed from his father, who was an automotive engineer. Today, he loves to write down everything that comes to mind, car-related or not, and when he really gets down to it, he pretty much becomes one with his laptop.
