Ralph Lauren's Car Collection

The renowned American designer Ralph Lauren has managed to build a huge fashion empire, with his incredible taste of style and keen eye for sheer beauty. This year the time has come for him to step down as CEO of his company, letting others rule the fashion world, but do you think he will have the time to get bored?

We don’t think so, as the fashion guru is lucky enough to own one of the world’s most enviable car collections, with names like Bugatti, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar, McLaren, Porsche, Ferrari taking their rightful place within his private estate in Katonah, New York.

At the 2013 Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, Ralph Lauren arrived with a 1938 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic Coupé, Jean Bugatti, a vehicle that managed to steal the show and win World’s Most Prestigious Car Show. Valued at $40 million, this is one particularly exquisite vehicle – not to mention expensive. But, he owns more than one piece of automotive history, as you can see from the gallery below.

Ralph Lauren’s Car Collection also includes a 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO, two Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, three 1996 McLaren F1s, a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing, a 1929 Blower Bentley, a Porsche 997 GT3 RS, a Bugatti Veyron, a 1930 Mercedes-Benz SSK “Count Trossi”, as well as a 1938 Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Mille Miglia, a Lamborghini Reventón and the rare Reventón Roadster.

Imagine how incredible it would be to stand around among these incredible pieces of automotive technology.
