Maurice Lacroix 2013 Masterpiece collection of exquisite timepieces has brought us the Masterpiece Worldtimer, an absolutely staggering gadget which carries the level of luxury of the Masterpiece collection on, of expensive timepieces that cost between 5 and 20 grand.
There are two different version on offer today, the Asia and the Europa, superbly highlighted by the continent-shaped engraving on the center of the dial. In addition, the Europa version boasts with an extraordinary guilloché garnish with Clous de Paris motif. As for the Asia, it comes with more discrete effects, sun-brushed satin-finished engraved continents, blue seconds hand, silvered dial, pink gold numerals and pink hands.
Technically, they come with steel cases measuring 42 mm in diameter, automatic mechanical movement, a 24-hour hand that indicates the time in your residential place, at the simple push of a button you’re able to adjust the 12-hour hand to show the time in the current location, while both the models boast date indicator at 6 o’clock and day and night indicator at 9 o’clock.
