During Baselworld 2011, Buben & Zorweg had a great success with their high end watch winder, the incredible Revolution. They’re going to showcase this watch winder at this year’s BaselWorld as well, between March 8th and 15th and now they’ve just announced that the first Revolution watch winder was recently delivered to their first customer.

The main point of this piece is innovation: the managing director of the company, Christian Zorweg, declares: “The Revolution is one of the masterpieces that represent more than anything what Buben & Zorweg stands for: ground-breaking innovation, uncompromising design and functionality. We are, of course, delighted that this masterpiece not only meets but actually exceeds our customer’s expectations.” His statement, in our opinion, is not enough to describe the company, in every detail – we ought to add the high note of exquisiteness their products feature.

Decked with Italian nappa leather, the watch winder is set with a Time Mover for 8 to 12 watches. Furthermore, the gadget features the traditional Buben & Zorweg signature timepiece. In addition to these, as other fixtures and stuff we mention the carbon inlay interior, rounds up with LED lighting, high-gloss polished lacquer with precious wood and an aluminum chassis.

The front panel allows for a bit of extraordinary – made of crystal-clear security glass, the watches inside the winder can be viewed. A watch winder of this proportion should be some protection system incorporated, in case it catches the eyes of burglars. The manufacturer provided it with a high-end safety lock made in Germany.
