The stunning vessel you see before you is sailing yacht Ganesha designed by the acclaimed Dutch shipyard Vitters. Completed back in 2013, this sleek and slender yacht combines elegance with top performance and efficiency in a magical manner. Its minimalist exterior and simple interiors hint of a racing yacht, yet comfort and luxury are at home here.

Ganesha was imagined upon customer request, in an effort to blend in new levels of performance with incomparable comfort and reliability. The attention to details is astonishing, easily noticeable in every aspect of this vessel which raises the bar for sailing yachts. Vitters and Dubois Yachts were in charge of design and construction, while Newcruise imagined the interiors.

The owners of this beauty wanted their ultimate sailing yacht to be able to change from a relaxing family mode into sailing mode in just a matter of minutes, seven to be more exact. Efficiency and comfort are key for Ganesha, which can easily be proven by the highest power/weight ratio of any Dubois yacht to date. Pretty impressive!

The name “Ganesha” references the well known Hindu divinity with the friendly face of an elephant, symbolizing benevolence, grace, kindness and playfulness. There’s no doubt in my mind that the beautiful sleek lines, a clean and uncluttered flush deck, as well as her powerful rig make this vessel worthy of that name.

On the outside, a fixed carbon bimini with large panes covering the main cockpit works alongside vertically sliding glass windows. This highly comfortable area allows passengers to find shelter from the elements, when necessary. With a spacious and open environment, this area includes stunning surrounding views and several lounging areas for guests to enjoy.

The main dining area on-board is equally impressive, featuring an al fresco dining and being able to accommodate a company of up to ten guests comfortably. When the yacht makes port, the panoramic U-shaped cockpit aft is the perfect place to relax, while waiting for the next departure.

Speaking of which, guests areas had to be comfortable and stylish, since this sailing yacht could take you to the ends of the world, and nothing but the most luxurious conditions would do. All guest areas are spacious and flooded in natural light, while the main saloon boasts a particularly open and airy ambiance. With lounge and bar areas, the saloon is the central guest area when it comes to enjoying life and the company of others.

Inside this beautiful sailing yacht there’s a light color palette and fine materials which include distinctively grained leathers, a special lacquer for the bathrooms imitating the elephant skin pearl pigmentation and Indian influenced geometric patterns.

The spacious master suite, as well as the three additional double suites – each with a luxury en suite – offer lavish accommodations for all guests, each of them qually spacious and stylish. Ganesha is a game-changer, a performance vessel equally comfortable and efficient, not to mention outrageously beautiful.
