Mercedes-Benz has enjoyed an almost flawless Formula 1 season this year, with its two drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg, basically competing among themselves for the championship (which eventually went to the Brit, with the German pilot coming in second). To celebrate this achievement, the carmaker decided to create a special edition SL63 AMG, created with the assistance of the two pilots.

The release, which is limited to just 19 units, is available in two versions: a black one with gold accents and a white one with silver elements. Both Mercedes models have been recently unveiled during the Stars & Cars event in Stuttgart (where Mercedes-Benz has its headquarters). Both vehicles are unique, as one of them features the Hockenheim layout on a special badge, while the other is dedicated to the Silverstone track.

The two vehicles will initially be sold as a pair, priced at €629,510 including VAT (about $780,000); eventually the cars will be available separately, each with a price tag of €320,100, including VAT (almost $400,000).
