The staggering Quantum of the Seas

Set to be launched during next year, the mind-bogglingly superb Quantum of the Seas is the latest addition to Royal Caribbean’s fleet. This massive cruiser is reportedly able to carry up to 4,180 guests throughout its 18 decks.

Definitely not a private supership, the Quantum of the Seas is also a feat of innovation. It boasts a controlled chamber which simulates the experience provided by skydiving, a space that doubles as a bumper car attraction, a roller skating rink and a glass-walled lift which carries guests 90 meters up into the sky, above the water.

There’s also a series of gorgeous additions making this ship quite a nice place to be – the North Star for example is one of the main attractions aboard the Quantum of the Seas, lifting guests 90 meters high into the air. The ship further comes with a very cool bumper-to-bumper at the SeaPlex. Wonder what the SeaPlex is? – it’s a multi-functional entertainment area for both young folk and adults.

And there’s exclusivity onboard as well – the RipCord is the name of the skydiving controlled chamber we’ve mentioned earlier. As for all-around panoramas, the Two70° is a gorgeous meeting and relaxation room for guests which provides breathtakingly panoramic 270-degree views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Royal Loft though is the ultimate luxury destination aboard – a two-level suite with spacious dining room and living room area, private deck, entertainment space and a spot where tranquility is found.
