Jacob & Co. has been founded back in 1986, in New York City, which means the renowned watchmaker is now celebrating its 30th anniversary. And they’ve decided to do it in style, honoring 30 years of craftsmanship by revealing the Jacob & Co. Twin Turbo Twin Triple Axis Tourbillon.

This limited edition of merely 18 pieces marks a milestone of innovation and excellence, while also showing off the brand’s characteristic sporty style. Featuring a cathedral gong,this new entry at Baselworld 2016 offers a modern approach to striking the hour.

As such, the Jacob & Co. Twin Turbo Twin Triple Axis Tourbillon marks the passing of time at every 10 minutes.

Housed by a titanium and carbon fiber 57.3 mm case, this extraordinary watch features a domed sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back and a water resistance of up 30 meters. The Jacob & Co. Twin Turbo Twin Triple Axis Tourbillon is activated by the Swiss manual-wind Jacob & Co. caliber JCFM01, with 49 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 72 hours.

Complementing the overall youthful appearance, the dial features smoked sapphire, with an applied logo, while the red Neoralithe inner ring adds a welcomed touch of color. All that is left now is to hope that the black alligator leather strap, with titanium deployant, will someday aid this wonderful statement adorn your wrist.
