It seems like the Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse revealed on the occasion of the 2012 Geneva Motor Show is an inspiration for many. The renowned watchmaker Michel Parmigiani is one of them – based on the supercar, he has created a masterpiece – La Bugatti Vitesse.

The stunning piece boasts with an extremely famous PF372 movement, with perpendicular time display and an intricate mechanism that reminds of the Parmigiani Fleurier watch. This timepiece though embodies a very masculine feel, some sort of army-like character, thanks to its titanium case, unique design and the dial, crafted from Texalium – a material used throughout the Bugatti Super Sport with a reflection index higher than the one of carbon fiber.

Speed and masculinity are the most ingrained characteristics of this timepiece. The spindle-shaped indexes placed between 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock are pretty much enough to prove it. In addition, Parmigiani has embellished the watch’s crown with two cabochons of lapis-lazuli and carnelian stones. Blue or orange in color, the cabochons have been imprinted with the initials of Parmigiani Fleurier.
