Aston Martin Residences

Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, the Aston Martin Residences are set to become one of Miami’s most sought-after residential properties. Aston Martin has teamed up with global property developer G and G Business Developments to deliver an exclusive and unique waterfront real estate project.

The striking 66-floor luxury residential tower would feature 390 condominiums, offering incredible panoramic views and the same attention to detail and luxury the British car manufacturer is renowned for. The important balance between beauty and performance is well known among Aston Martin’s design team members, thus explaining the need for their input.

This new residential development is set to open its doors by 2021, with the interior spaces including two private lobbies, a marvelous two-level fitness center with ocean views and the full-service spa, just to name a few. Seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse, each of them with private pools and spacious terraces, will be complemented by a range of luxury one to four bedroom condominiums.

These beautiful apartments will be encased in a bold sail-shaped building, an engineering masterpiece designed by Revuelta Architecture and Bodas Mian Anger, that will redefine Miami’s skyline, with a new dose of technology, style and elegance.

Highlights will include doors with bespoke artisan Aston Martin handles, number plinths and Kestral tan leather door tabs, while the residential tower will also offer an incredible infinity pool, located on the 55th floor, as well as an exclusive yacht marina.

About Victor Baker

Victor has always been a big fan of cars, which is why he’s so proud to call himself a genuine petrolhead these days. His love actually stemmed from his father, who was an automotive engineer. Today, he loves to write down everything that comes to mind, car-related or not, and when he really gets down to it, he pretty much becomes one with his laptop.
