The $14.5M Primm Ranch Will Make Any Cowboy Jealous

Primm Ranch

Almost purchased by Michael Jackson, this outrageous property could easily be considered over-the-top. Primm Ranch is expensive, outrageous, yet surprisingly elegant. The 10-acre property is the end result of Gary Primm’s imagination (a well known Las Vegas Casino developer) and will be auctioned without reserve on October 10 by Concierge Auctions.

The main 15,000-square-foot residence features five superb bedrooms, 6.3 bathrooms and a master suite with its own gym and sauna. New owners might also enjoy a 3,000-square-foot guest villa, as well as the 1,500-square-foot caretaker’s home. No sign of horses, or cows, though.

Across the entire compound, 12 bedrooms plus 19 bathrooms, an inside elevator, a trophy room, a nice screening room, and a 5,000-bottle wine cellar with its own tasting room, await your arrival and try to impress and justify that huge price-tag. As you’d expect, there’s also a gaming room setup for when you feel like gambling and entertaining guests. It comes with its own bar, fireplace and billiards table.

You could also have a little fun and sneak around hidden spaces within the walls and disappear into the underground tunnels. My personal favorite is the one that leads to the 20-car showroom and vintage auto collection that features a carwash and two gas pumps. I lied about the horses, though, as there’s a big equestrian facility on site as well, featuring pastures, stables, a large round pen and even a huge arena.
