Hedge fund manager David Ganek is selling his 740 Park Avenue duplex, designed by renowned architect Rosario Candela. This comes just a week after Ganek and his wife reportedly purchased a 6,000-square-foot penthouse at the Puck Building in SoHo for the price of about $28 million.

The newly renovated duplex comprises four bedrooms and 5 and a half bathrooms, and also features a marble gallery, a library, a media room, four fireplaces, two offices, and two dressing rooms. The apartment also boasts an impressive, museum-grade modern art collection, featuring works by Andy Warhol, Cindy Sherman, Richard Prince, and Edward Ruscha.

Apart from its current glitz and glamour, the duplex also has a bit history behind it: 740 Park Avenue was actually built by Jackie Kennedy Onassis` grandfather, James T. Lee, in 1929 and the apartment itself was the future first lady’s childhood home.

The price David Ganek has placed on this stunning duplex is $44 million.
