One at the Palm

Expected to be completed in 2017, One at the Palm is a new mind blowing residential project from Dubai, designed by Michel Abboud of SOMA Architects.

Also responsible for the futuristic design of the Ground Zero Mosque, Abboud teamed up with landscape architect Vladimir Djorovic and Japanese interior design firm Superpotato for this project, set to become the most luxurious and exclusive residential property in The Palm.

The $2.5 billion development is composed of 90 exclusive residences, ranging from 2,700 square feet to 20,000 square feet, each of them featuring its own private outdoor space and offering absolutely incredible views of Dubai.

Set to become the tallest residential property on the Palm, this would be an ideal location to invite your friends for a chat and dinner. With wall-to-wall glass ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and spacious personal terraces maximizing the 360-degree and bird-eye views of the Persian Gulf, these residences will be truly unique.

The residential project will also include a cinema, a cigar lounge, a luxury spa managed by ESPA, a yacht club with private yacht parking, private glass infinity pools, Jacuzzis and even tanning decks. If you’re only about the best of the best, the $54 million penthouse is just what you were wishing for.
