The award-winning Parisian designer Pierre-Yves Rochon has been credited for designing some of the world’s most beautiful interiors, like the ones at the incredible Shangri-La in Paris or at The Savoy in London. Now, the well-known designer has imagined enormous wraparound terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass walls for Jade Signature.

The stunning open-layout condominium tower has been in the works since 2013 and will take one more year to reach completion. The property’s 11,660-square-foot, $32.9 million penthouse is now teasing potential buyers, with Pierres-Yves Rochon creating a bespoke interior for it, just as hot as Miami Beach and as beautiful as the views it provides.

Among many other things, we should mention the $100,000 Lalique glass dining table, with a chiseled base, as well as the Veronese chandelier, Baccarat-crystal wall accents, the Hervé Van der Straeten table and amazing artworks by Donald Judd. That sounds like something we’d all want in our homes, right?

This extraordinary tower will surely draw a crowd, so to speak, considering the wonderful decors and impressive technologies used to complete it, and this penthouse is definitely the cherry on top. Future residents at the Jade Signature tower will be able to enjoy any of the luxurious features and amenities they would expect from a five-star resort, which makes us wonder if this is actually a dream or reality.
