MV Agusta presented at the 2015 EICMA show a limited edition motorycle called Dragster RR LH44, with a design and engineering influenced by 2015 Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. If that sounds interesting, it’s because it is – at least for collectors and racing enthusiasts.
This very exclusive MV Agusta bike features a highly detailed look via over 50 facets that make this custom project really stand out. By working closely with the research center at MV Agusta, the Formula 1 champion made sure that bike specifications and performance perfectly matched his requirements.
Just like the well known dragster, this limited edition features a three cylinder engine, developing 140 hp at 13,100 rpm, which should be enough to get you to hair raising speeds. The electronic injection has been upgraded as well and now this bike boasts an advanced six injector system, not to mention the reshaped fuel tank interior.
The graphics you see on Hamilton’s helmet set the tone for the color scheme of the motorcycle, which should explain for the white color scheme and the panther logo, or the world champion’s number 44 on the exhaust manifolds and gas tank. Please note that only 244 bikes will hit the roads, so, if you want one you’ll have to hurry up.
