Academy Award winner Jeff Bridges and his wife, Susan, have decided to sell their stunning Montecito estate for the modest price of $29.5 million. The primary residence of the movie star and hi for the last two decades, this lavish 9,500-square-foot property was built on 19.5 acres of California soil.

It includes a gorgeous five-bedroom, five-bathroom main house, a separate theater and recording studio, two guesthouses, a “rustic playhouse,” and even a greenhouse for orchids. The ivy-covered home was originally constructed in 1988, after a design by Barry Berkus, who used exposed wooden beams, antique tiles from Italy and archways throughout this home.

All this time, Jeff Bridges has been enjoying Aloe trees, along with the rest of the estate’s exquisite horticulture. The over-sized swimming pool complete with a waterfall, kitchen, changing rooms and bath will also get you excited and if the mood calls for it, you could just explore the multiple walking trails and streams the property offers.

The property also includes multiple stone terraces, a pergola and an outdoor fireplace, plus many other interesting amenities that anyone will surely love. So if you have around $30 million in your bank account, this could be your future dream home.
