Harry Winston’s mesmerizing Histoire de Tourbillon line has reached a new chapter with the addition of the ravishing Histoire De Tourbillon 6 watch. It’s one of the brand’s most complicated watches, featuring two independent hour indications, through an unusual triple-axis tourbillon and a separate karussel.
This incredible timepiece comes in an asymmetrical 18K white gold case that’s rather massive, measuring 55mm by 49 mm and being 21.8 mm thick! The case has been gracefully curved, with a cushion basic shape that has received two wonderful circular additions on the left side, looking like two eye popping horological complications have literally grown own from a chic watch.
Powered by a Caliber HW4701 movement with a whopping 683 parts, this mind boggling timepiece impresses the most through it’s unique triple-axis tourbillon, that’s hidden under a bulbous sapphire crystal and an arched bridge on the left side of the watch.
The right hand side of this amazing timepiece features a complex karussel at the 1 o’clock position, which makes a full rotation in 30 seconds. The karussel is stopped by default but it starts running when the pusher, located at the caseband, is pressed.
Just like the other Histoire de Tourbillon watches, the sixth timepiece from this collection is so complex and complicated just for the complication’s sake. It’s an incredible achievement and it’s going to be produced in a very, very limited run, of just 20 units.
The Harry Winston Histoire De Tourbillon 6 will be priced at somewhere around $600,000.
