Hamilton Princess Bermuda

Known as “The Pink Palace” in Bermuda, Hamilton Princess & Beach Club has been standing sentry above the sparkling blue waters of the harbor since 1885. Any traveler would feel more than welcomed here, not to mention lucky for the opportunity of experiencing this incredible location.

Originally designed to provide a “posh” alternative to the myriad hotels springing up in Bermuda, the Hamilton Princess has some interesting stories to tell. Did you know that famous people, such as Mark Twain and Ian Fleming walked the halls of this charming hotel?

We have to thank American billionaire Daniel Ludwig for the complete restoration of this place; it does look wonderful, right?

Hamilton Princess Bermuda was named the official host hotel for America’s Cup in 2017, with sailing enthusiasts treated to a private 59-berth marina on-site. A wide range of water sports is part of the offering here, with the crystal clear waters proving to be perfect for a bit of snorkeling – and not only.

The hotel’s bespoke interiors feature a mixture of history and modern sensibility, with art works by the likes of Andy Warhol and Damien Hurst decorating the walls of this amazing retreat. But even more important than the hotel’s tasteful interior decor are the gorgeous views you could get from every room here, of the harbor, garden, pool and city.

Come sundown, Chef Marcus Samuelsson will tease your senses with a vibrant menu, complemented by the same spectacular panoramic views. And if you’re in the mood for something casual, the 1609 Bar and Restaurant or the Crown & Anchor Bar and Restaurant will happily make your evenings better.
