As if the limited edition BMW M4 GTS wasn’t wild enough, not to mention uber cool, the specialists from G-Power went ahead and tweaked the powerful Bavarian supercar. We can’t seem to understand what made the owner of one of these beauties feel unsatisfied with his or her purchase, but we can’t deny that this thing is right up our alley.
The German tuners have already released several upgrade packages for the M3 and M4, but now they’ve worked their magic on the even more impressive GTS Version, adding the so-called B-Tronik 2 V3 upgrade to this supercar.
This upgrade includes a remap of the engine control unit, which means better fuel management, sparking and boost, not to mention the removal of the speed limiter, which translates into a top speed of over 200 mph or 321 km/h.
Considering the new, more efficient and large turbos, it’s no wonder the engine now develops 615 hp and 560 pound-feet of torque – an extra 115 hp and 118 lb-ft of torque over the standard form. As a result, this amazing BMW M4 GTS will do 0 to 62 mph in only 3.6 seconds, and part of this custom offering is also a catalyst-free exhaust system and a new set of lightweight 21″ wheels.
Although G-Power will charge you €16,995 ($18,769) for the full upgrade, it seems 4 GTS owners have already asked them to add their touch to the M4 GTS. Considering that all 700 examples of the BMW M4 GTS have been sold out long before it even went into production, it will be quite a challenge to get your hands on one, let alone upgrade it. Still, you never know.
