Lotus Evora 400 Hethel Edition

It’s been 50 years since Lotus’ Hethel factory has started unleashing four wheel masterpieces to the real world, and such a unique anniversary could not remain unmarked, right? As such, this limited edition Lotus Evora 400 comes into play and tries to make all of us realize why the company’s logo and engineers are worthy of appreciation.

The British automaker’s rich heritage is celebrated with the first in a series of special projects: the Lotus Evora 400 Hethel Edition. Available in three exclusive colors, with matching trims and a special commemorative build plate, this special version of the Evora comes in Essex Blue, Motorsport Black and Racing Green when ordered.

Red or black leather, or an exquisite Alcantara interior trim are among the options for the interior, and each Hethel Edition of the Evora will also come with a new set of lightweight silver forged wheels, colored brake calipers and bespoke graphics.

Performance has remained unchanged, this Lotus Evora being powered by the same, standard 3.5-liter V6 engine, good for around 400 hp and 410 Nm of torque. As such, the small sportscar is able to do 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.1 seconds and top out at 186 mph (300 km/h) – if you go for the manual transmission.

Pricing for the Lotus Evora 400 Hethel Edition stands at £75,500, in the UK, while Germans can own one for €100,500.
