Cheerag Arya is a lucky Indian businessman indeed – he will be the happy owner of a unique Ferrari, a rare sight on the streets. Now aged 32 and residing in Dubai, he fell in love with the idea after seeing a South American football player near a Ferrari F40 in a magazine. According to Ferrari Magazine, the one of a kind model has already been revealed.

Arya has owned a few Ferraris over the years – he bought a 575M Maranello, an F430 Scuderia, one Enzo, a Daytona, 599XX, 599GTO, a Sa Aperta and an F40. It looks like so many Ferraris weren’t even close to enough for him, thus he wanted something really stunning, something that people would turn heads after.

He has had many talks with the company’s representatives, presenting his idea of a customized Ferrari somewhere between Eric Clapton’s SP12C and the P540 Superfast Aperta.

Arya describes it as based on the 599 GTO, keeping a large deal of original parts. He has additionally picked out of 12 different design aspects from illustrations presented to him by Ferrari officials. Furthermore, Arya has reportedly seen the finished clay model and was pretty much content with the outcome.

A strong urge to keep quiet about the project pushes the businessman from behind “it’s not a recreation of a previous model. The car has a bit of everything in it, both old school and new. Once it’s done, I’ll keep it in Dubai, but will take it to Europe every summer. I won’t be showing it to the world, as it’s a personal thing to me.”

Let’s just hope he wasn’t too serious about that.
