The partnership between Ducati and the Italian denim brand Diesel was announced at the start of 2011, with a sponsorship from Diesel for Ducati’s MotoGP team. Today the collaboration between these two popular Italian brands is now celebrating the birth of a new offspring.
Ducati has just unveiled the “Monster Diesel” motorcycle, a special edition bike based on the Monster 1100 Evo, with a two-valve 100 HP engine, endowed with wet clutch and ABS. The traditional trellis frame decked in black which Ducati have long been treating us fans with is now complemented by the “Diesel Brave Green” tone.
The visual effect is rather pleasant, while the stunning yellow-painted front brake calipers inspire boldness, bringing back to life Ducati’s racing heritage and tradition. The seat has been branded Diesel and the brand new exhaust heat shields add a bit of elegance to this masterpiece.
The price for the bike is quite low, just $13,795. The availability is due to start during this summer, upon the motorcycles’ arrival into dealerships worldwide. The Ducati Monster Diesel would make quite a collection piece, for enthusiasts.
