The blonde actress is selling her luxurious condo in Greenwich Village, which covers 1,400-square-feet of living space and includes two bedrooms, along with two bathrooms and a wood-burning fireplace.
Cameron Diaz has used this pad as her home in Manhattan, paying $2.95 million for the prewar 12th Street home back in 2008. Ever since she purchased this beautiful apartment, the property has been completely renovated by West Coast interior designer Kelly Wearstler who added exquisite furniture and vintage light fixtures and mirrors to the mix.
Since it’s facing south, the apartment benefits from a lot of bright natural light that’s brilliantly accentuated by the mirrors throughout the house. The residence has also been fitted with state of the art technologies, like electronic black out shades and touch control lighting.
There’s also an emerald-green kitchen, with brass countertops, black marble and pink onyx fitted guest bathroom. Cameron’s master bedroom has a T-shaped dressing hall lined with mirrored wardrobes and many other goodies worth talking about.
