Starting off from the award-winning Beosound Stage soundbar, Bang & Olufsen tried to come up with the next best thing for home entertainment. And here it is, in all its glory: the all new Beovision Contour.
The brand’s latest TV set aims to deliver a theater-going experience right at your home. With so many movie releases postponed and cinemas all over the world still closed, this seems like a good Christmas present, right?
The 48-inch Beovision Contour shows off a minimalist design, while hiding a full-featured home entertainment system. The crystal-clear OLED display comes complemented by a built-in speaker system that’s well known for its quality sound.
The Contour keeps true to Bang & Olufsen’s Beovision familiar design lines and overall cool looks. This chic TV puts out a modern vibe that could satisfy even the pickiest of customers. Better yet, it features an OLED panel, courtesy of LG, on top of a wood slat-covered soundbar.
Everything comes framed by an elegant aluminum border, although it should be mentioned that the TV is also available with either a specially designed floor or table stand – a wall mount sounds way better though.
This functional work of art packs an LG display, made up of over eight million pixels working together to show off a maximum resolution of 3840 x 2160. A 4K α9 Gen3 AI Processor makes sure that any and all colors look vibrant and true to whatever the director had in mind.
Meanwhile, the built-in speaker we’ve mentioned earlier features 11 power amplifiers and drivers, able to deliver rich and dynamic sounds – no matter what your audio preferences may be. Connectivity options? We’ve got you covered, as this TV comes packing Bluetooth and WiFi.
Moreover, this luxurious TV set is also compatible with Bang & Olufsen’s outrageous Beoremote One.
At the end of the day, the Beovision Contour will be setting you back $5,900 come February 2021.
