A unique project signed Aston Martin has just been finished and revealed – the DB9 1M. The car was manufactured as a celebration for the one millionth Facebook fan. It was reportedly designed through an extensive series of polls, in which fans were required to choose the name, trim and design of the car.
Although some of you may not find it particularly extraordinary, for us it is one superb representative of Power, Beauty and Soul. The beast sports black brake calipers, 20-inch diamond-turned alloy rims and a beautiful “Aero” cloak. We haven’t seen any photos of its interior though, but the car reportedly features piano black trims and Spicy Red leather upholstery combined with Obsidian Black.
Just as the regular DB9s, the power is sourced from a 6.0-liter V12 motor which delivers 470 HP (350 kW) and 600 Nm (443 lb-ft) of torque. The car reaches a maximum speed of 300 km/h (186 mph) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.8 seconds, thanks to a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Above all, we hope we will be the happy owners of such beauties by the time we reach our one millionth fan. Oh joy!
