The motto behind these famous blenders of fragrances is “making scents of New York”, which clearly depicts their strongest points – the brand in cause is Bond No. 9, and they are now out with an extraordinary collection of scents which can be gifted to your beloved on the occasion of the upcoming Valentine’s Day.
The New York Musk Emerald Swarovski Shooting Star, the first on the list, is an extravagantly textured clear-diamond superstar bottle embellished with all sorts of crystals, containing a magnificently smelling scent composed of green lily tones, nutmeg, and sandalwood alongside black currant, osmanthus flower, vetiver, musk, patchouli and grapefruit. It comes as a 100 ml flacon priced at $1,000 each.
The next on the list is the Scent of Peace Incandescent Shooting Super Star, priced at the same $1,000 per 100 ml bottle. The bottle is encrusted with glittering Swarovski crystals and houses a gorgeous perfume blended from musk, lily of the valley, black currant and grapefruit. It comes with an oval cap, inside a keepsake presentation box toned in silver, both of them being further adorned with crystals.
A particularly feminine scent is the Central Park West Limited Edition bottle, encrusted with Swarovski crystals. The 100 ml bottle has been encrusted with around 2,500 Swarovski stones and features a cap encircled with small crystals and bordered edges in vivid lime green. This limited edition perfume costs $580 per bottle.
The following fragrance is the Nuits de Noho Chandelier, the bottle which fits the description of basic-black-for-the-holiday. The lacquer garnished bottle has been gifted with the brand new chandelier treatment of Bond No. 9 and includes a see-through prism necklace and jaunty cap that matches the theme. The scent is composed of patchouli notes, jasmine and creamy vanilla. It is available in 100 ml flacons each priced at $380.
And, finally, here are The Swarovski All-Stars, a miniseries of 50 ml bottles each costing $650. These bottles house the most coveted scents under the tutelage of Bond No. 9 and are reportedly decked with the most reflective and tiniest of Swarovski stones available – there are around 5,000 of them on each of the 50 ml bottles.
There are three types of bottles in the Swarovski All-Stars series: the Eau de New York bottle, a pearl-embellished milk glass studded with diamond-colored aurora borealis stones, encompassing a blend of vetiver, jasmine, citruses and cyclamen; the Chelsea Flowers is the second among the three, garnished with emerald colored stones and featuring scents of rose, magnolia and peonies; the Chinatown is the last of the lot, not the least though – a gorgeous bottle decorated with ruby-colored stones, housing a mix of tuberose, sandalwood, gardenia and peach tones.
