Cannes is truly the jewel of the French Riviera. Its welcoming climate and beautiful Mediterranean shoreline have always attracted the rich and luxurious-minded, with many impressive residences being built there, from the famed 19th century villas, to lavish contemporary mansions. Among them is this amazing newly built Cannes Palace.

Inspired by legendary 16th century architect Palladio’s designs, this Venetian palace proudly sits in one of the most residential areas of Cannes, just five minutes away from the town center and the emblematic Promenade de la Croisette.

This 21,500 square-foot mansion comes with a wide range of luxurious amenities: indoor pool, tennis court, outdoor kitchen. It even has heated flooring, for the few days of the year in which the weather in Cannes isn’t absolutely perfect. The palace also features exceptionally high ceilings, giving it an air of classic majesty. Add to this the breathtaking panoramic view of the sea – and you have one of the most remarkable properties on the Cote d’Azur.
