Harley-Davidson has unveiled their new trike for the 2015 season, called the Freewheeler.

Based on the Twin Cam 103 engine packing 1,690cc of air-cooled displacement which outputs a more than adequate 104 lbs-ft of torque, the trike comes with a Cruise Drive 6-speed transmission with electrically-selected reverse, making it equally suitable for short, relaxing rides, as well as long journeys along the highway.

The hand-operated controls have been improved, while the rider floorboards are complemented by a classic heel-toe shifter with a foot-operated parking brake. The passenger grab rails have also been upgraded and comfort levels have been markedly increased thanks to the air adjustable suspensions. The clutch is a modern assist&slipper unit and cruise control seems to be offered as part of the standard package. Also part of the deal is a set of great looking cast aluminum wheels.

The 2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler will be available for the price of $24,999.
