The Ferrari 250 GT SWB has reached $11 million in price and used to be owned by businessman Nigel Corner since 2003. The car was privately sold during the past 6 weeks to an unknown buyer. In fact, this car is known today as one of the most expensive cars ever to be sold in Great Britain.
Our hero, chassis number 2119, belongs to a brand new owner. It was finished back in 1960, and out of the limited edition this was number 39. The car hides a 3.0-liter V12 engine which delivers 300 HP. Therefore the car sprints to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 6.2 seconds, up to a top speed of 152 mph.
This particular one was the first Ferrari to win the Tourist Trophy and has remained completely original so far. The charge of managing the brokerage package was given to DK Mechanism.
