Swiss watchmaker Ulysse Nardin is known for its exquisite maritime themed timepieces, many of which we’ve showcased in the past. While most of their creations are wristwatches for men, this time Ulysse Nardin’s master watchmakers are releasing a delicate and beautiful piece designed for the discerning lady.
Part of the Marine Chronometer Manufacture series, it comes with a stainless steel case measuring 43mm in diameter, with an AR-coated sapphire crystal, a sapphire display back, and it is water resistant to 100 meters. The fluted bezel features 120 diamonds totaling 1.3 carats – something which adds an extra bit of glitz to this already eye-catching instrument.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Ulysse Nardin in-house caliber UN-118 with 50 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 60 hours, with a DIAMonSIL escapement and a silicon balance spring. The mother-of-pearl dial is available in of two versions, with either blue or rose indices. Also worth noting is the fact that the watch is COSC-certified as a chronometer, and comes on a white leather strap stitched in pastel with a steel deployant clasp.
