The Bulgarian interior refining specialists from Vilner never fail to impress us, and their latest project, based on a lovely Morgan Plus 8, is just another example of how great they really are. They gave this classy sports car a quilted leather treatment which goes extremely well with its retro design, turning the interior of this car into a true work of art.
The base car was actually a 35th Anniversary model from 2003, one of only 100 units to be built by Morgan, and it got even even more special thanks to the amazing work by Vilner. This Morgan Plus 8 received brown quilted leather with contrasting white and silver stitching, Black Alcantara for the door mechanisms and brown leather for the leavers.
Vilner even applied a special black and red theme to the seat belt locks, with stitched covers, and all exposed bolts inside the cockpit have been replaced by brand new bolts, to shine together with the wood-trimmed aluminum steering wheel.
The engine of this uber sweet Morgan Plus 8 remained the same, 4.0L 8 cylinder engine which is able to produce 190 PS and 320 Nm of torque. That might not seem like much, but since this sports car it’s ultra light, it’s more than enough for a staggering acceleration and top speed. And if you own a Morgan already, you should totally send your car to Vilner and let them work their magic on it!
