British Airways has decided give us a sneak peek of its new luxurious first-class cabin, found on the company’s new Dreamliner 787-9. The renowned airline went to the drawing board with customer feedback in mind, asking Forpeople London to design each of the First Class suites.
They all feature separate storage areas for jackets and coats, a 23 inch HD screen, stowage space next to the armrests, as well as in-flight entertainment controlled with a touchscreen device. Passengers may also enjoy enhanced lighting options, a redesigned headrest and soft leather.
The Boeing 787-9 used by British Airways is extremely spacious also offering business, premium economy and economy seats, together with the first class options. The Dreamliner is supposed to reduce the effects of jet lag, thanks to cleaner air at a lower cabin pressure and you’ll be able to put that to test starting November 5.
British Airways will begin flying the jet to various Middle East destinations, including Abu Dhabi, Muscat, the UAE and Oman.
