Missoni Baia Miami

Missoni Baia is a new 57-story luxury condominium tower developed by Russian hotel magnate Vladislav Doronin, in collaboration with the renowned Italian fashion house of Missoni. Set to stand 649-feet tall within Miami’s Biscayne Bay, this stunning residential tower will include the first-ever branded residences from the iconic fashion and design house.

Missoni Baia will be set directly on the water, and will include 146 expansive residences, each of them offering unparalleled ocean views. Possible customers may go for a luxurious two, three or four bedrooms option, covering between 2,500 and 3,700 square feet of living area.

Designed by award-wining architect Hani Rashid, this skyscraper will show off state-of-the-art amenities, and a wonderful spa/wellness atmosphere. The interiors were sorted by Paris Forino, under the Creative Direction of Angela and Rosita Missoni, while landscaping was in the hands of Enzo Enea.

The design of this new residential tower from Miami was inspired by the beautiful works of some of the greatest American minimalist sculptors, including Sol Lewitt and Donald Judd, while the interiors are all about Missoni, featuring the brand’s trademark colorful design palette, and pieces from the Missoni Home furniture collection.

Future residents of Missoni Baia will have access to a full suite of lifestyle amenities, designed in collaboration with the Italian luxury label, of course. There’s a flow-through deck, where you can relax all day long with well-appointed cabanas, and you can also find five swimming pools, elevated tennis courts and an expansive fitness center and spa on site. Although not good for your bank account, one of these residences will do your health good.
