The HYT Skull Bad Boy Leads You Into The Darkness

HYT Skull Bad Boy

HYT is back in our minds and dreams with a new awesome creation called the HYT Skull Bad Boy, an opaque black beauty, with a new liquid which surrounds the mechanism. This watch took over a year to develop, and comes with its very own chemical properties. These affect attributes such as viscosity, expansion coefficient and UV resistance.

The brand’s goal was to create a fluid able to adapt to the constraints of an HYT movement, doesn’t stick to the wall of the capillary and won’t interact on a molecular level with the elements it comes into contact with. It sounds impressive, but there are some disadvantages as well, such as the fact that it’s probably impossible to read the time on the Skull Bad Boy in the dark.

HYT created a menacing skull with the distinctive appearance of Damascus steel, used for knives and Samurai swords, adding even more coolness and sturdiness to the watch. On the other hand, the dial comprises two half-moons decorated with the Clous de Paris stud pattern and a lovely Gothic font, complementing the Skull Bad Boy’s hard rock look.

With a matte black 51 mm case, constructed out of fully microblasted DLC titanium, as well as a buffed alligator strap, with hints of slate grey, this striking watch seems to shows off all the right attributes. You should know  that the Skull Bad Boy is available as a limited edition of 50 pieces, which pricing still unknown right now.
